The Brookville girls basketball team traveled to Carlisle on Monday night for an SWBL Buckeye Conference clash and delivered an impressive performance, securing a decisive win. The Devils raced to a 15-4 lead in the first quarter and maintained control throughout, outscoring their opponents in every quarter.

Brookville's success came from their smothering pressure defense, which set the tone for the game and kept Carlisle on their heels all night. The team's ability to force turnovers resulted in 17 steals and fast-paced, efficient scoring opportunities. Offensively, Brookville moved the ball exceptionally well, registering 16 assists on 20 made baskets.

A standout performance came from Jolie Gudorf, who recorded a double-double with 26 points and 10 steals—a dominant individual showing that highlighted the team’s overall effort.
