Brookville competed against host Butler High School in the 4 Decades Tipoff Classic. The Devils played hard, taking a 4-point lead into halftime thanks to an impressive shooting performance, hitting 5 of 9 three-pointers in the first half. They continued to battle in the third quarter, working to maintain their slim lead.
However, Butler pulled away in the fourth quarter with physical defense that frustrated the Devils. Adding to the challenge, Butler was awarded 21 free throw attempts compared to just 5 for Brookville, which helped them seal the victory.
